There is not the least bit of an exaggeration when I say the Yoga Barn totally changed my life. It started out to be a place to continue practicing yoga to keep my back pain free after moving here from Texas where I had learned yoga from an Osteopath to treat my chronic pain. As an off again/on again student, Robin would call encouraging me to come back. I was always glad I did, and when I did, I found more than just an exercise program - my heart was always lighter after class. Then Robin suggested the teacher training program and....life has never been the same. I was petrified to be a teacher, and yet Robin saw something in me which I never saw, and guided me along the scarey new road - and now I have been teaching for 9 years and love it.
