I called them at 615pm on a thursday evening and left them a voice message and got a call from one of their reps at 645pm the same day regarding my question
The same rep met me at my home on saturday to inspect the damages and to give me my options on repairs and all costs involved
I scheduled the date for repairs and they showed up as expected and got the job done in one day as promised.
Definitely recommend them to family and friends.
