I was pleasantly surprised, I brought my computer in and the tech said he would get to it that day, true to his word I got a call 2 hours later letting me know what was wrong and how much it would cost me. I asked if he could hold off on doing any repairs until I spoke to my husband. I called around to other places for quotes and found that 6sful computers was far less expensive. I called them back and gave them the go a head and picked up my computer the next day! I won't take my pc anywhere else.
