Review content:
This was our second experience at CBQ. The first trip was average, but I have never experienced worst service at a restaurant. Our waiter, Josh, continuously forgot to bring some of the drinks. My beer was brought out hot because it set on the bar for 15 minutes after it was poured, even though I had asked him for it three times. We had a table of six: The first two burgers came out incorrect, and were brought back to be corrected. The third burger came out incorrect, but my friend decided to keep it rather than send it back since it was a minor mistake. 10 minutes later, the first two burgers came back after being correct. 10 minutes after that, the remaining three burgers finally arrived (another one incorrect) at our table. In the mean time we spoke to a lady who identified herself as the owner. She said she was sorry but that things like this happened at restaurants and that we just needed to deal with it as it had already happened and we couldn't expect her to anything about the past. The bills arrived incorrectly and we asked them to correct them, and were treated as if it was out fault. Neither the waiter nor the owner seemed to care about improving the situation. No offer was made to do anything that would give them a chance to earn our repeat business. I have never seen a small business owner give less concern. At $100 for 6 burgers and a couple appetizers, I believe you are paying for the experience, not just the food. We had about as bad an experience as you can get at a restaurant. We will not return.
