We selected Celtic Granite to kitchen counter top for our condo at North Myrtle Beach. They charged our credit card for 50% advance deposit on 11/21/11 and supposed to complete the job on 12/07/11. We went to our condo on 12/23/11 around 10 pm. Our kitchen was in complete mess! He just glued the granite on counter top. Kitchen sink is not hooked up! He gave us a defective piece that has a big white spot. It looks so awkward! The kitchen bar should be a single piece of granite instead he used two pieces which are glued together! There is 1 inch gap between the granite top and the supporting wall. Hanging part of the breakfast bar is supported with wood sticks. They wrote, ""Do not touch until the brackets are installed"" on top of the breakfast bar! The trims under the breakfast bar were cracked and some pieces were missing. As per his standard he completed the job!
We called him several times next morning. Nobody picked up the phone. We had to live without kitchen sink for three and half days! We had to do our dishes at the bathtub. I called him again on morning of 12/26/11. He said, ""I can't come today"". He came there on 12/27/11 around noon. He acknowledged that his guys did bad job and he forgot to take care of the plumbing job. However he was not sorry at all! He was pretty rude.
