Review content:
I've been an athlete all my life, and a member of dozens of weightlifting and martial arts gyms in the US and around the world in the Army. With the possible exception of HS wrestling or the US Army Master Fitness school, the LaBoxing workout is the toughest 1 hour workout you will find, I promise you. The ""standard"" instructor-led workouts that they offer 3-4 times a day are like a combination of military PT, PX90, and boxer's workouts with a focus on high intensity cardio, functional/core strength, plyometrics, and flexibility. I've been a triathlete and marathon runner for over 15 years but my bodyfat has never been lower than it is now. I finally have flexibility, and my core strength is off the charts - This has translated into making me a better mountain biker, snowboarder, and recently helped me win gold at a Jiu Jitsu tournament in NC. - A fighting skill that I learned from the Iron Lion BJJ team that trains in the LaBoxing gym in cary. There are other members that have become ranked amateur MMA fighters and the BJJ medals are filling up the gym walls. Sorry haters, this gym is the real deal! Anyone who has seriously trained in boxing or mma knows that you only get what you put into a workout. The trainers are all fighters, very knowledgeable, friendly and their attitudes are contagious! - But you have to put in your work. Getting into ""fighting shape"" is not easy, and I suspect that he people who posted negative reviews simply could not hang and had ""buyers remorse"". Yes on any given day you will find a high percentage of women and people in less than fighting shape at one of the standard workouts. But I guarantee those people will have transformed their bodies once they catch the bug and stick with it for 4-8 months. I guess thats what's great about LaBoxing. They have something for everybody, and will help you meet your goals - whether that goal is lose weight, improve endurance, relieve stress, or learn real fighting arts in boxing, MMA or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, you can do it in a safe, clean, fun, environment. Pros: Excellent trainers, toughest workout in town Cons: You can get addicted
