It is discouraging that what appeared to be a good pet grooming shop turned out to have significant quality and pricing inconsistencies. I requested that a small mixed breed Benji-like dog be given a simple shampoo and specifically asked that he NOT be trimmed. When I picked the dog up the bill was $38.00 and some trimming had been done, contrary to my instructions.
I expressed concern to the owner and was told that prices were set according to breed. I had recently taken my Australian Shepherd to them for a full grooming and the price was less than today
