After initially contacting a competitor and having the price change several times, I did my homework and came up with Aspen Window Washing. ""A"" rating from the BBB; recommended by Angie's List; no payment up front; fully insured to $2M liability; committed to Privacy Policy; bag and remove debris; and Guaranteed the work! They generated a bid after viewing the home on the web (I assume Google earth). The bid was about $40 lower than the ever changing competitors bid. We contracted for the work which was performed on time and as promised. Great Job Guys -- you have a very nice business. Special thanks to Josh for stepping me through the process and answering all of my questions. See you next year.
