I purchased a boost mobile phone from these people a month ago. I was assured that I would have absolutley no problems with both the phone and the service from boost, they are a great company and they care about their customers. Well now, let me tell you how much of a lie that was. Fisrt thing, I was told over and over that there would be no other charges other than the $50.00 a month and tax on that. A few days later, I had been having major problems with my internet and texting features on the phone. I called customer service (what a joke) and I was told that I was in fact charged for using yahoo instant messenger. $.99 for 1 message sent. After a month of nothing but problems with this phone and the service I got from boost (yet another story entirely), I bring the phone back to the store and Nick Mohammed The ""Solution Manager"" (hahaha) told me that he could not do anything about the phone or my problems. He also told me that I am paying $50.00 a month for phone text web and walkie talkie and I should be happy with the garbage service that I get because that is all I pay for. When I asked him if he recommends boost moblie, he told me yes, then I asked him how he could talk so much bad about them and still recommend them. He told me to get rid of this phone and get a plan from someone else. This is no way to run a business or treat a customer. You have been warned about using this company, if you do, you will be screwed also. Dont do it. Pros: NOT MANY Cons: TOO MANY TO LIST
