Businiess name:  Baja's Mexican Restaurant

Review content:
I can remember Baja's first days, when the restaurant was less than half its current size, the food was serve on paper plates and the menu was much shorter. Since then the restaurant has increased in size but has never lost there fantastic passion for their food. Their Carne Asada (in each way it appears on the menu) is absolutely fantastic. They truly marinate the beef all day long and take no shortcuts with it. Don't be fooled by other restaurants touting their food as carne asada. I've eaten at a dozen different Mexican restaurants and nothing can even hold a candle to Senor Roberto's. Every dish I have ever had there (50-plus visits) has been spectacular. The service is friendly, the portions are generous and they make a solid margarita. The shrimp ceviche and the nachos are exquisite appetizers sure to leave your stomach happy. I've unfortunately moved farther away, but it is still worth the drive every single time. Buen Provecho!
