I got absolutely WONDERFUL customer service from 2 young ladies there, i dont remember their names but one of their names started with a V. She was very patient and extremely helpful and friendly. The store is so neat and organized from what it was a few years ago. Lots of great items for cheap prices. A few negatives though--assistant manager is very rude and gave me an attitude the entire time. she was chit chatting on the telephone and did not offer to help me. She was also very rude when i needed to make an exchange. she literally threw my money on the counter. also, the store is overwhelmed with boxes, very overstocked.
Pros: excellent customer service
Cons: bad assistant manager, overstocked
