Review content:
As long as you pay them you never hear from them. Read your contract with them and make sure that you understand it before you sign. You should question the fact that there trouble call policy is that if you don't hear from them for 5 days then give them a call. Try going without water or heat for more than 5 days during the winter without as much as a call from them. Their customer service and knowledge of their own rentals ranks below subpar. If you asked why we stayed so long it was because we loved our neighborhood, but they way this company operates made us happy to move. Sure we won't see a dime of our deposit either considering we had to basically threaten legal action every time something at our home needed to be fixed. Save yourself the time and frustration for your family and go with Coldwell or Windermere. Churchill isn't worth your time or energy!
