My Girlfriend and I just moved out of a Churchill managed apartment. And I can tell you what moving out has been one big pain. We just got our deposit back and what a joke. They probably kept 90 percent of it. They nailed us for probably the most expensive maid service in town. Thats if they even did it cause the photocopied receipt doesn't look legit. It didn't even tell who the maid service was. We already had the carpets cleaned and cleaned the apartment twice.This is just the start of it. The repair bill was outrageous too. Who charges $90 for labor for replacing a striker plate that was never there and blinds that were already broke. The receipt looked the same as the cleaning service one, it didnt tell us who did the repairs. They also charged us for closing the water bill that was in our name already and was our responsibility. And they didnt even close it. We did. So we called them about it because we wanted an explaination for these bogus charges. And all we got was rudeness and no explanation and that was from the boss himself. So if you want to get treated bady, lied to, and ripped off go to Churchill
