Review content:
I live in a building in South Central which is currently managed by Harris Properties. They were contracted by our Board of Directors without any of the co-operators approval or notice until it was too late, and their work shows. They don't call back when you leave messages, they have poor consumer response and even worse manners. They are disrespectful and it is reflected by the ownership that is ten times as worse. Once we realized that this company knows they need do nothing more than the letter of their contract, we understand that action must be taken. We have filed a complaint with the B*tter B*siness B*reau and intend to replace them once the contract has run it's term. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for management.
Pros: They sound important
Cons: Terrible consumer relations and management
