Review content:
If cool furnishings mean luxury to you, this is the place. If service and amenities are important, spend the money elsewhere. In our experience, no one really cared about us.
We got a Lux Suite, and when we checked in (early enough with plenty of rooms available) we were given 410. We thought, ""How bad can it be?"", and didnt request a higher floor. Big mistake, because at the cost of a luxury suite, we were practically at street level and could hear EVERYTHING through the narrow, old windows. Demand a higher floor.
Another of many examples of poor service: Our friendly request to the front desk for wine glasses (none in the room), was transferred abruptlynot OK well take care of you. For great service, you shouldnt have to ask for something twice.
Its like visiting a cool friends vintage apartment, not being pampered in a service-oriented boutique hotel.
Pros: Decor, Location, Room Sq. Ft.
Cons: Staff attitude, Few amenities, Tiny bath
