Review content:
On my first visit I sat and waited for over 40 minutes in a patient room before the vet came in the check on my dog. I was close to leaving but I was continually assured that they would ""be right there"". With that said, I was happy with both vets and agreed to have them perform surgery on my dog. The day of the surgery I dropped her off at 8:00 in the morning only for her to sit until 6:30 that night when they were finally able to perform the operation. When I stopped in to pick her up the doctor was not available and I was sent home with little information and no options to ask any questions. As I mentioned in the header, this experience hasn't been any different than any other vet that I've been to. I'm a little shocked to read all of these other rave reviews for follow-up. We paid way too much for the operation for an average experience..
Pros: Ample parking, nice new building, great location
Cons: Poor Follow-up, long wait times, little concern shown from doctor
