Review content:
I just went to SAH after being referred by a friend. The facilities were very nice, clean and up-to-date. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe was really good. My dog was examined by Dr. Torrisi who was kind and to-the-point. She was very thorough in the exam, did a good job of asking questions and explaining everything to me. At one point during the exam she suggested a ""rectal"" be done on my dog, so I agreed not realizing that this would be an extra $22. All she did was squeeze the @n@l glands. Even though I am glad she did the rectal exam, I would have like to have been alerted that there would be an additional cost. Personally, I think that if I'm already paying the $55 exam fee that the vet should just squeeze the glands without the extra $22. But I'm willing to overlook that.
Pros: expertise, service, modern facility
Cons: expensive
