If they fired the entire cemetery staff and started over, I would have different thoughts about this place. It is a very nice setting and close to where I live so it is ideal in some ways. But the staff at the cemetery department was so horrible, that I would have never purchased a plot there had I been given a choice. My father unfortunately purchased a plot many years back. The staff was rude, unfriendly, disrespectful, and even incompetent. The staff at the DMV is much more professional and fair. I wasn't even expecting them to be compassionate (although that would seem a human way to treat people who have just lost a loved one), but being treated rudely was just unbelievable to me. I went to the cemetery office on three occasions being helped by at least 6 different people and they were all horrible. I'm sure it will only take one visit to confirm everything I've written.
Pros: nice setting and close to the South Bay
