Review content:
We just got a new kegerator in our backyard and were having some problems with it. I was about to go down to a local store to purchase a cleaning kit when I decided to make one more phone call. I called King Keg and I have never been to the store in my entire life nor ever met anyone that works there. Tariq, the owner started asking me some questions and then spent at least half an hour on the phone walking me through how to fix my beer problem. This is by far the best customer service I have ever received. Just for that alone I will only buy all my beer and supplies from King Keg. That was truly outstanding customer service - above and beyond the call of duty.
Pros: Thumbs Up - If you want exceptional customer service then this is the place.
