my friends and I ordered three porter house stakes to go for our husbands. when the boxes were delivered to us one of them had a t-bone stake in it. so, I requested for a porter house stake just like what my friends have instead of the t-bone. the lady who said that she was in charge of the kitchen said that they are the same. I couldn't believe that she and the rest of the staff didn't know the difference between t-bone stake and porter house stake. After four different trips to the kitchen, they told me that they do not have any more porter house stake in the restaurant... I told them that I couldn't believe that they opened their resturant for the day with only two porter house stake and they should've told me that they didn't have enough porter house stake when we placed the order. I refused to take T-bone stake home when I paid for porter house stake. There was no apology for their mistake, instead, they tried to convince me to believe that T-bone stake and porter house stake are the same. They are not the same people... I
d like to tell the staff at Bono's to know your meat and I hope, do a better business serving there customers. T-bone stake is cheaper than Porter house stake because t-bone has more bone in than porter house stake!
