Review content:
The local gym was glad to receive my monthly dues, especially since I never went to work out:-). As an ""almost senior citizen"" (54 year old-female), I had started feeling invisible. Not in Sensei Mario's Renbukai karate class for adults! It's been a life changing 6 months. The current students range in age from 16 to 64 years old. The class is ""user friendly"" at all ages. Though weight loss wasn't my goal, I've lost inches and pounds. I have energy, enthusiasm, and stamina. The class is teaching me self-discipline, respectfulness, and patience. I'm even less stressed in commuter traffic. The unexpected benefits are countless. There's a real ""family"" feel to the class and along with a fantastic work out, we have lots of laughs. Check it out. Meet Sensei Mario.
