I have been taking my clothes here for a while now. I took my leather jacket with an american flag on the back in to be cleaned in April. When I got it back all the white stripes were now pink.The owner said that his employee should have had me sign something releasing them liability ,but that was never done.He made me fill out a claim form over a month ago and I haven't heard one word from him.I have been to the store repeatedly and left message to call me .Still no call. I used to spend a lot of money having my clothes cleaned there and this guy (when I have talked to him ) treats me like some kind of criminal and with no respect at all.You would think since I have not done nothing but steadily take my clothes to be cleaned and pay for them that he would do a LITTLE something to try and keep a customer.At least a phone call or some RESPECT!I recommend not taking your clothes or anything to these people unless you want to be treated like a piece of dirt.
