we had not planned on buying more than the 10 dollar package of pictures. the photographer done a great job with my little one and so i bought nearly 300 dollars worth of pictures. the 300 dollars did include custom framing and matting. i did not feel any pressure from the company to buy but i did feel a little bit rushed. after the photo shoot someone else helps you order your pictures and we had to wait for the family in front of us to get done ordering and my little one was getting tired and wanted to leave. we were told when we ordered that the pictures would take 6 weeks to arrive. mine didnt arrive by week 6 so i started calling the company and got the message to leave my info and they would call back. i really thought no one would call me back but after a week of trying i did finally get a call back. the lady was very very very very nice and we figured everything out. my pictures finally arrived and they were beautiful. the only problem is i did ask for color pictures and received the sephia brown color.however. i did receive a cd of every picture took of my little one and they were all in color.overall i wish it would have been cheaper and got here a lot sooner but other than that i am pleased with my purchase.
Pros: people were nice, pictures turned out good
Cons: packages expensive, wait weeks to get pictures
