Review content:
I wasn't in the market for a new pet. On Black Friday I had gone shopping with my mother and my daughter. We stopped in the pet store just to look around. That was until my daughter fell in love with a beautiful little kitten. First off, $110 is way too much for a cat. (I'm sure that they didn't pay one cent for). I could find one on craigslist for free, or adopted one cheaper. They told me the kitten had been on a certain food, too keep him on that overpriced garbage. When I got home, he had severe diarrhea. We kept him on this food for a few days, the diarrhea continued. Since I already had a cat, I switched to the food I use for the other one. The diarrhea stopped immediately thereafter. Now to find out the poor little guy has ear mites. Are these animals even checked by a vet. They claim so, but I don't believe it to be true. Other than the few problems I encountered, the kitten seems healthy. he has a very healthy appetite. He is very happy, energetic, and playful. Gets along great with the other cat and the dog. Other than the unnecessary extra vet bill, I am happy with the kitten. But I wouldn't purchase any pets from their store again. Most, if not all of their dogs DO come from puppy mills. My mother purchased a dog from there the same day I got the kitten. Her dog had worms and a very bad flea problem. She also had a cold/virus which she gave to my dog. She was very lethargic the first few weeks. She is just finally coming around, but still seems skiddish. If people seriously want a pet. Adopt one!! There are too many people throwing their pets out on the streets. The excuses as to why are very heartless. I can't take my dog or cat when I move. My kid suddenly has allergies. Blah blah blah. Would you throw your child out on the street. They are helpless creatures that only want to be loved. I saved a cat and a dog from the streets. And if i ever moved, it would only be to a place that allows me to keep them.
