My dog groomer has been in the dog business for almost 20 years. Recently her beloved pitbull died and when she encountered one at pet shop at the Whitehall Mall she immediately fell in love and purchased the pup at $3,000. After a few days she noticed something wasn't quite right and took him to the vet, apparently he was suffering from leukemia. They paid for cancer treatments however the puppy passed away just 19 days after they purchased it. The store refused to refund my groomer so she and her husband sued and were restituted the almost $10,000 they spent on the sick dog. I just wanted to warn anyone else who was considering purchasing a pet at the Whitehall Mall pet shop and think that this story should be public knowledge.
