Review content:
We have a 1995 Suzuki Sidekick. It has liteally given us no trouble in all these years. Last month it wouldn't start. I told my husband that he should go to Johnny's Suzuki. I was impressed by their infomercials and clain to customer care. So he did. We waited several days for diagnosis, fuel pump. Said that it would be about $700.00. After some time, we were contacted by the service department. They said that the computer had to also be replaced. What are the odds that a car with a history of perfect performance would have two things go bad at the same time? We told them that we thought that they had misdiagnosed and felt that we should only have to pay cost for the fuel pump and not the labor, but they would not admit their error. We felt that we were being fair, as we don't believe that the fuel pump was even broken. We ended up paying $1,086.06 for the repairs and it took from 6/29 to 7/22 for us to get our car back.
Cons: Slow, unprofessional workmanship, unconcerned employees, unsatisfactoy overall
