Ned Baker Real Estate is an unreliable business who you cannot depend on to represent you as a seller or as a buyer for property. As a buyer or seller you rely personally on your agent to represent you under all honesty and to work for you. How is this company still in business? Are they even legally licensed? They do not represent their clients or communicate with they buying party honestly. We were at the title company ON our closing date to sign for the house they had listed... Where was Levi Wilson with Ned Baker Real Estate and his client??.... Still waiting Levi!!!
