This has to be one of the most poorly run daycares I've ever seen. I called one day to check on my son and the director had no idea if he was even there. She didn't have time to check, but promised to call if she didn't see him. I immediately withdrew him and it took six months and an email to an ""agency"" who could help, to get the two weeks tuition I prepaid. The facilities smelled of urine and the front door was constantly unlocked. Considering what happened at their location in the city, they should be locking their door ALL THE TIME. I wouldn't leave my dog in their care. At no point in time did I receive an apology for their irresponsibility or an explaination. They take advantage of working mothers and only care about the tuition you pay them, not the children you leave in their care.
