This apartment complex is terrible! I might have given it three stars until I got the call from the shady collection agency after receiving extremely little communication from the complex. It's already not the greatest apartment complex, so I have no idea why they use this collection agency. I had friends considering it because they go to PCC, and I told them it's not worth the convenience of location to rent at this place. When I moved in, I immediately began getting colds and coughs regularly. When I signed the lease, I had to sign a waiver for asbestos and lead paint, which they brought up at the very end. I'm pretty sure my Uncle lived in this complex in 1973, and the outside of the building looks the same minus new paint. The floors are uneven, and the porch is a small pond for most of the year. They had billing errors that felt more like them trying to do Dee's double drop (Always Sunny Reference). Don't be jazzed by the tile back-splash and minimal upgrades, that's their way of getting you to not notice the major issues with the building. If you decide to rent here, against my strong recommendation, please keep track of all your documentation and do a VERY thorough walk through at the start and finish. It will save you grief in the end. Expect to be squeezed for every penny they can get from you, expect to pay enormous heating and cooling bills, and expect little communication from management. Good luck in the apartment search!
