My brother went to Ye Olde Pizza Shoppe the two days before thanksgiving to pick up a pizza he had ordered 20 minutes earlier. They told him it wasn't even made yet. He waited 40 minutes and then found out it was made but had been sitting in the warmer since he got there. He left with no pizza. I thought I would order pizza the next day to prove it was still the best pizza shop. I ordered it and they said it would take 45 minutes to deliver. 1 1/2 hours later we got a call finally from the deliver guy that he recieved the wrong address and was taking the pizza back to the shop. I called and they asked what did I want from them. I asked for free pizza and the manager said yes. They delivered new pizza's and charged my visa. This was 3 hours from the time I placed my original order. I called the owner and explained what happened. She was extremely rude and told me I was going to pay for those pizza's. I gave them back to the delivery guy and he dumped them on the sidewalk by the house and left.
Pros: Best Pizza in Town
Cons: Horrible service, deliver and vandalism
