Everything we have ordered/purchased at Redmond Smokehouse has been of high quality. Since we live in Bend and rarely get to Redmond, we frequently order meats to be delivered to our house, or we arrange to pick it up at their booth at Bend Farmer's Market. Don't be put off by the distance to Redmond from Bend, just have them deliver it!
