Businiess name:  Gogo Gumbo

Review content:
Are you kidding? You might say. This is a four star Houston chef that has settled in Boyd. Why Boyd, you say? As the chef said, ""Why Not Boyd?"" We go to Go-Go Gumbo every time we find that we have the money to afford it. Not that it is very expensive - it is not. Carla recommends the crispy shrimp, cole slaw and hushpuppies. Joe recommends the Shrimp Creole, Blackened Catfish and TV Dinner. Of course, there is the namesake gumbo as well as ?touff?e and his famous lump crabcakes. Everything is always the best that can be had anywhere in Wise County...and possibly Tarrant and Dallas counties too!! Yes, it is that good. If you don't want to wait in line, go during the week, not the weekend and certainly as close to 4:00 (opening time) as possible. Don't go for the decor or the atmosphere... it is all about the food. Enjoy! We do every chance we get.
