Had very dark dyed hair, but wanted to get it lighter. Tom took the time to work and rework until we got the result we wanted, then went back the next week for a cut, and it's fabulous. If you're not sure what you want, but are looking for a quality change by a true professional, Appearance Day Spa and Salon is definitely worth your business. Surely had my doubts about going with reading the previous reviews posted for this salon, but I assure you, Tom does not disappoint with his skills in color and styling. A true professional.
