True what the other reviews say....Dr. Perez is not the most empathetic vet I've ever seen. But he saved my 20-year-old cat's life...delicate surgery and good follow-up treatment.
They ask for the money upfront because this is a poor neighbhoorhood, and they've been burned before...many people used to abandon their pets there after treatment rather than pay their bill.
Pros: competent vet
Cons: money first, pet second
