Review content:
I brought a 3 month old suit to this dry cleaners for a normal cleaning. When the suit was returned to me the pants of the suit were completely faded or dyed to a reddish tint. I now have a completely ruined suit that should have lasted years that is now unwearable. When I went to speak to the owner about this situation she was completely rude and unwilling to work with me to figure out a solution. She kept saying ""In all years of our business this never happen."" > Clearly it did, and with her confidence so high about the quality of work they do she should have been willing to compensate one customer for damage caused by their low quality dry cleaning. The most likely reason that this occurred is because they do not change their filters enough, or care enough about their customers to want to provide great service. NOONE SHOULD EVER GO TO MILLER'S! Go to Rye Ridge Cleaner's instead. They are much nicer and a better business. They don't actually ruin your clothes.
