I was so glad when Optimus Brazilian Jiu Jitsu opened in Laguna Niguel. They focus on not only teaching MMA, but on how to reach your best potential both inside and out. Professor Grant Collins is an 18-year MMA/ Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and Master Teacher and his experience shows through in his teachings. In every class he strives to bring out all his students' best potential to increase their confidence. I have fun in every class and the results show!
