The WORST company I have ever dealt with. As a business owner myself, I realize how customer service and integrity is key to a successful business. Not only is This carpet cleaning service a misleading., rude, unprofessional owned and operated business, they are void of any customer service. The owner Jeremy has serious anger issues and very unprofessional phone manners. His total disregard for customer complaints and satisfaction permiate into using threats of legal action to collect money for a service that was NOT performed to my satisfaction. He is a bully. I am disgusted with the misrepresentation and the total disregard for the truth. I caution anyone who considers this company for services to STOP! Be more diligent than I was...read the reviews from other customers...the real reviews!!! I have placed a complaint with the BBB and will continue to speak up for consumers who fall prey to these unethical practices.Unfortunately, using the ""STARS & STRIPES"" name is so misleading and a horrible representation of our flag. Shame on YOU!
