I called on a Friday night @ 7 PM and to my surprise was able to get an appointment for the very next day. Derek came out, at the end of his day, and though I was the last appointment, treated us like we were the first. He was so kind and helpful. He gave me several options that would work with my budget. The carpet looked like brand new! I will definitely call you again. Thank you so much for your customer service and quality work. -Christie Wasil
