Review content:
How can it be said, except by attorneys sworn to zealously indulge their stupid client, of a doctor who has been involved in 15 court cases, including multiple medical malpractice lawsuits filed against him, that here is a doctor with an excellent reputation? How, after being once again accused by his patients of doing them harm, can anyone expect to be taken seriously as they attempt to portray such a doctor as the victim of defamation? There comes a time, and I think it's come by now, when the things people say become self-discrediting, and require no further comment from anyone. There is no question that there will be some consideration given to adding my name to the list of defendants (the Pensler gang will find it stimulating to pick on someone their own size). There is no question that there will be some consideration given to adding the names of those who have posted elsewhere. The more interesting question is how long before Dr. Pensler gives up his practice of surgery entirely to devote himself full-time to the practice of suing anyone who dares hold forth against him. His attorneys may want to partner with him on this. I can suggest a name for their new enterprise: ""Laughing Stock & Co.."" Of course, they'll want to incorporate.
