We've called Rotor-Rooter in the past and have always been very satisfied with their service, this time was no different. On Tuesday morning I noticed that our floor drain in the basement was backing up. I called Rotor-Rooter right away expecting to have one of their servicemen out later in the day or even the next. However, 15 minutes after I called, I received a call to inform me that one of their men would be out there within 30 minutes. He very efficiently fixed our problem and was in and out of our home in less than an hour. I was a little shocked at the cost of this day's service, it seems their prices have jumped up a lot since I last used them (4 or 5 years ago). But I was able to do my waiting laundry and happy to have my problem resolved. Way to go Rotor-Rooter!
