I first experienced Katsuya at eh LA live. I fell in love with their Crispy rice with spicy tuna on top and other appetizers like Albacore onion, Baked crab Hand roll. I was so excited when i heard they were opening a Izakaya by Katsuya in Manhanttan Beach which is my very own back yard. i was impressed because they had the same awesome taste excellent service and great atmosphere created by the stylish Japanese style interior and diverse clientele.
