Betsy Anderson is a real person that connects with you and your car needs, not just working for one more sale. She has lots of patience, or at least did with us, and senses negatives that may be present and works to alleviate any concerns. She was able to give explanations that needed further clarification on details.
She made the transition to our new car smoother because of her willingness to make perceived obstacles manageable.
We love our brand new car, right out of the ""wrapper""
