I am currently living in Iowa but I was in NY for a seminar and went to the theatre next to South SIde Cafe. After the play was over I stopped in South SIde Cafe and had dinner. It was wonderful. I am originally from Philadelphia and the food tasted so good it made me feel like I was home. I have been to NY 3 times since the first time and I make it a point to go to South SIde Cafe at least once. I have told others from Iowa to go to South SIde Cafe if they are visiting the Theatre District. Everyone who has gone upon my recommendation has said the food was fabulous. I have never been disappointed in their service, food, bread, salad, veal or pasta. I will return when I return to New York. I recommend highly.

Cons: Place is small but cozy
