Review content:
I took my laptop in to get the motherboard replaced and when I got it back, my CD/DVD device was missing (there was a hole in the side of my laptop!!!). So I called them and they told me that it was never there when they got it. They told me that they were not liable for it!!! WOW! I was so surprised because they were actually pretty nice when I first met them. So pretty much I got screwed! It was a Christmas present and it was well over $1500, so now I have to go and get a new CD/DVD device to replace it! So I just wanted to warn everyone "DO NOT take your computer to this place unless you want to get screwed!!
