Erik at Geek3 was awsome. I had a frayed connector cable for my laptop adapter that was giving me problems. I contacted Erik and asked him what my options were. He told me that he had a spare at his office and that he could give it to me for free. I was speechless from their generosity. They really helped me out and didn't even want to take my money even after I offered it to them for the cable because it was such a small thing. That's really good customer service.
