I e-mailed Geek3 about getting a quote on possible data recovery from a portable hard drive damaged during air travel and received a response within minutes. They asked me some specific question about my portable hard drive. Within a half hour I was given an accurate assessment that my portable drive merely needed a new enclosure.
They came into my house and I handed my drive over and had it back in about five minutes, and was charged only for the enclosure. Very fast service and very affordable.
