I had the worst experience with this company, they are so unprofessional it leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth. The biggest offender is the operating supervisor himself. Not only was he rude and used profanity when speaking to me over the phone,he hung up on me and threatened to do it again. Their drivers entered my driveway ""private property ""and removed our vehicle and threatened to run over our daughter. When she told them they could not take the vehicle they told her ""we are doing our job, move or get run over""causing what is known as a breach of peace. The female driver then proceeded to try and take the vehicle out of the driveway and she could not she thencrashed it into the side of our house and front pavers 3 times. The supervisor Tony refused to give us the name of the driver to prevent us from filing a police report and would not allow us to photograph our vehicle. They have not cooperated with us and are refusing to take responsibility for their actions. Do not be a victim of these unprofessional people. In the long run they will get you in big trouble. This is my first time message.
