Our building?s experience with this company has been quite negative. They never return calls, even to our lawyer. They do not work with the building?s Board or the building?s Attorney to resolve issues. They have repeatedly lost important paperwork. If there is a problem on the paperwork, they will not call to inform us. They have hidden paperwork processing fees which were not discussed prior to signing the contract. Overall, we are very disappointed with the level of customer service and responsiveness we have received
