Review content:
Words cannot describe the utter disappointment my bride and I felt on my wedding day upon seeing the poor quality of work that Charles Florals put into our floral arrangement. We contracted Charles Florals located in Astoria, NY to provide table settings and the ceremony archway for our wedding at a reception hall in June of 2010 at a cost of approximately $1,600.00. At our final consultation five days before the wedding with Ivie from Charles Florals, we were told that the first three arches of the ceremony archway would be covered with flowers and that tulle will be hanging between the additional arches. We were also told that the flowers used on the arches would be white flowers with a touch of pink roses. Ivie also stated that she would be there at the start of the ceremony to put rose petals out on the runner.
