I have been bringing my furs to Tsontos ever since Bill has taken over. My family has been going there even longer. The redesign of my racoon 3/4 coat is so lovely that everywhere I go I get complimented on it. It's a comfortable place and the service is wonderful. You cannot compare to department stores. It is one of very few opportunities to go to a classy fur salon and receive high quality personalized attention to detail. Also very important to mention is that their prices are competitive.
Pros: Individual attention, creative ideas
Cons: I don't see any downside.
